Egyptian -or better yet an international- icon Yousra made a powerful entrance at the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema gala during the 78th Cannes Film Festival, an evening celebrating impact, legacy, and the women who shape the screen.
A longtime friend of the brand, Yousra wore a Tony Ward Couture gown from the Fall Winter 2023/24 ‘Under My Skin’ collection, Built in sculpted black velvet, the gown featured bold layered volumes at the neckline, a striking architectural gesture that framed her silhouette with intention. The skirt flowed into a delicate mix of embroidered tulle and cascading feather-like motifs, edged with a rich velvet hem and tonal beadwork.
It wasn’t just a gown…it was a statement where each detail reflected power and grace. In a setting where fashion and film collide under the Riviera stars, this look owned the room.
